Tank units cost less up front and are simpler to swap. Tankless units run longer, take less space, and heat endlessly — but need the right gas line and venting. We'll look at your setup and tell you which actually fits.

Both — repair is a real line for us, not a sales funnel. Thermocouples, elements, gas valves, and thermostats are fair repairs. A leaking tank body is not: once the lining fails, replacement is the only honest fix, and we'll show you which case you have.

On a standard like-for-like swap, same-day is the goal — no hot water is a same-day problem and we schedule it that way. Venting or gas-line corrections can add time; we'll tell you at the quote, not mid-job. We've installed 30 water heaters since 2023.
