This website lets you learn about our residential and light-commercial HVAC services and request that we contact you about service. Submitting the service request form does not create a binding appointment, quote, or contract on its own — it is a request for us to follow up. Any service we perform, and any price, scope, warranty, or schedule, is agreed separately with you before work begins. Descriptions, pricing guidance, and availability shown on this website may change and are not offers that bind us.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on our service request form, you agree to receive transactional text messages from Pro Comfort Solutions about the service you requested — for example, confirmation that we received your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and dispatch and arrival updates. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this consent.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies with your service request and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us; we will send a single confirmation and will not send further text messages unless you opt in again.
