Heating System Maintenance
One visit covering the whole heating side — furnace or boiler, thermostat, zones, venting, airflow. We'll check the system the way it actually runs: as one chain, where the weakest link picks the coldest week to fail.

Straight answers
How is this different from a furnace tune-up?
A tune-up services the equipment; this services the system. We'll check the furnace or boiler plus everything downstream — thermostat accuracy, zones, ducts or radiators, venting. Uneven rooms and short cycling usually live downstream of the equipment, where a box-only tune-up never looks.
How often does a heating system need maintenance?
Once a year for most homes, ahead of the season. Gas equipment deserves an annual combustion and safety check at any age, and older systems benefit most — worn parts telegraph failure before they quit. Book it in fall, before the first cold snap floods every service board in the city.
Do you maintain boilers too?
Yes — the visit covers hot-water boilers as well as furnaces: pressure, circulation, radiator balance, and controls. Boilers are a newer line for us and we're open about that. The checklist discipline is the same one we've built across 240 tune-ups since 2023.
