Accessibility Statement
Everyone should be able to book heating and cooling service — including visitors who use assistive technology. This page describes our standard, what we have done, and how to reach us if something falls short.
Our standard
This website targets conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat that as a working standard, not a one-time checkbox: accessibility is reviewed as pages are added and changed.
Measures we have taken
- Semantic HTML throughout — proper landmarks, heading hierarchy, lists, and native form controls with visible labels.
- Keyboard operability: navigation, forms, and interactive elements can be reached and operated without a mouse, with visible focus indicators.
- A "Skip to main content" link at the top of every page.
- Color and contrast chosen against WCAG AA contrast ratios for text and interactive elements.
- Descriptive alternative text on meaningful images.
- Forms that work without JavaScript and report errors in text, with status updates announced to assistive technology.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet meet the standard in every case. Where we learn of an issue, we will prioritize fixing it. This statement will be updated as the site evolves.
