Information you provide to us

When you submit the service request form on this site, we collect the information you enter: your name, phone number, email address (optional), ZIP code, the type of problem you selected, your preferred timing, and any description you choose to provide. We use this information to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, and communicate with you about your appointment.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our service request form — we may send you SMS text messages relating to the service you requested, such as confirmation that we received your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, dispatch and arrival updates, and other transactional messages about the service you asked us to perform. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this consent.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies with your service request and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP we will send a single confirmation and will not send further text messages unless you opt in again. We do not sell, rent, or share the mobile phone number you provide, or your text-messaging opt-in consent, with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share your mobile number only with service providers that act on our behalf, and only for the purposes described in this policy — including the text-messaging platform and telecommunications providers that deliver these messages; those providers are not permitted to use your number for their own marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time.

Advertising and measurement identifiers

If you arrive at this site from an advertisement, the address of the page you land on may include advertising click identifiers (such as gclid, gbraid, wbraid, or fbclid) and campaign parameters (such as utm_source, utm_medium, and utm_campaign). This site stores those values in your browser's session storage for the duration of your visit and, if you submit the service request form, includes them with your submission along with a randomly generated event identifier and the page the form was submitted from.

These identifiers serve one purpose: measuring which advertising led to a service request so that we can evaluate our advertising spend. When a request is attributable to a Google advertisement, we report the conversion to Google using Google's Data Manager conversion measurement service, together with the associated click identifier and a record of the consent state captured at submission. We do not use these identifiers to build profiles about you.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Your information is shared only with service providers acting on our behalf — the systems we use to receive form submissions, schedule field work, and report advertising conversions as described above — and where required by law.

Retention and security

We retain service request information for as long as needed to provide service, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections.

Your choices and requests

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to request deletion where the law provides for it. Email info@procomfortsolutions.com with the details of your request and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change, we will update this page and revise the effective date above. This policy took effect on July 14, 2026.
